I'm Jaz. I've been in Melbourne for over 3 yrs now and I'm at uni studying to be a secondary school Mathematics teacher. I'm at present offering Maths tutions to students from yr levels 3-12 covering all areas of Mathematics. I cover most Melbourne suburbs and charge nominal rates for my sessions.
From my experience with a variety of students I have concluded that the best learning time for any student is anywhere between 75-105 mins where in their doubts can be cleared by explaining the concepts and providing examples and then working with them on a few similar questions to check their understanding. I identify the student's competence level and help them get a grasp on the concept by giving simple examples which are suited to their level of understanding.
